The course focuses mostly on no limit hold'em cash games although it discusses (albeit in a very superficial way) also tournament poke and other poker variants.

Rubin's Introduction to the Theory and Practice of Poker is a course for complete beginners. It was built with one very precise goal in mind: "to take students from novices who may know nothing about poker to above average
players, in two weeks."
