Mercier Eliminates Trickett

Philipp Gruissem opened with a preflop raise and Jason Mercier three-bet the action to 12,900. It folded around to Sam Trickett in the big blind, who, after a moment or so, moved out a four-bet to 25,800.
Gruissem folded his hand and Mercier announced a five-bet all in. Trickett called and was at risk for his tournament life.

and Trickett was unable to improve. He was forced to ship the rest of his stack over to Mercier who is now sitting on about 290,000.
