We chatted with Amanda Musumeci as she was railing a friend in the $1,500 No-Limit Hold��em Six-handed tournament. On Wednesday, Musumeci finished second in Event #9: $1,500 Hold��em Re-entry for $481,643.
Were you disappointed with second place?
Yeah, but a $480,000 cash isn��t so bad, right? It takes the sting out of it.
What was the first thing you did after the big cash?
I went to Walmart to buy shampoo [laughs]. I also bought a $300 Acer laptop from there too. It was a spite Jew move by me [laughs].
Name some of the toughest players you��ve had on your left thus far?
Brian Rast, Scott Sevier, and Doc Sands.
If you had to play someone heads up for eternity, who would it be?
My boyfriend Ryan [Poker Pro [B]Ryan Eriquezzo[/B]]. That��s a face I could look at forever. It��s so cute.
What��s the next event you��re playing?
The $1,500 tomorrow (Event 19# $1,500 No-Limit Hold��em).
