Holiday season is getting closer and it seems that PokerStars is in a giving mood. OK, maybe it's more because of PokerStars' 10th Anniversary, but the fact remains that there are some great tournaments coming up in celebration of PokerStars reaching double digits.

This week, it was a $55 Red Spade Open with a guaranteed prize pool of $1,000,000. David "Dick_Fosbury" Labchuck took first place whileMike "T?mex" McDonald and Miikka "cannotletgo" Anttonen also enjoyed victories on Sunday.

A deal was agreed upon by the final six players in the Red Spade Open, and with no required amount of money left to play for, the chips went flying. Even though "DavoDam" collected the biggest payday at $197,333.27, David "Dick_Fosbury" Labchuck emerged with the win.

PokerStars Sunday Million ($1M Guaranteed)

Buy-inEntrantsPrize Pool
$200+$157,023$1,404,600

When the final table of the Sunday Million began, "muha84" held the chip lead with 22,265,342 at the 125K/250K/25K level. With four players remaining and the blinds and antes at the 250K/500K/50K level, "muha84" sat second in chips when now-chip-leader "wiklund" three-bet all-in from the small blind with the big stack. Holding a stack of about 28 big blinds and A?K?, "muha84" (who had min-raised in the cutoff) called all-in. "Muha84's" hand held up against wiklund's" A?J?, and from that point forward, "muha84" did not surrender the chip lead.

A deal was made between the final three players, and before long, "muha84" was the sole survivor. On the final hand, with the stacks nearly even, "muha84" called a min-raise from the big blind and saw an 8?7?7? hit the board. What ensued was the standard five-betting and min-reraising. Following "wiklund's" five bet, "muha84" called and led out when the 3? hit the turn. With roughly 32 big blinds, "wiklund" shoved and was met with an immediate call. With A?7?, "muha84" had "wiklund's" Q?6? drawing dead. The A? river filled "muha84" up for good measure, locking up the victory.

PokerStars Sunday Warm-Up ($500K Guaranteed)

Buy-inEntrantsPrize Pool
$200+$153,497$699,400

The three chip leaders who began the final table in the Sunday Warm-Up were the final three remaining and a deal was made three-handed. As the short stack of the group, "acura2603" secured just more than $76,000 while "Pendos90" and "TMMPOKPOK" locked up $81,000 and change, leaving $10,000 left on the table for the winner.

In two hands, "Pendos90" dispatched "TMMPOKPOK." "Pendos90" picked up queens back to back and held against "TMMPOKPOK's" A?10? and A?2?, sending him to the rail in third place. The heads-up duel between "Pendos90" and "acura2603" was one-sided with "Pendos90" notching the victory rather quickly. After a flop came down 10?7?6?, "acura2603" called all-in with A?7? but was drawing thin against the 6?6? held by "Pendos90." The 9? turn followed by the 9? river officially gave the victory to "Pendos90."
