The 2013 DeepStacks Poker Tour Mohegan Sun World Championship is set to run from Nov. 18 through 25 at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Conn. The series will feature 12 events with $650,000 in guaranteed prize pools, kicking off with the $300 buy-in, $30,000 Guaranteed event on Nov. 18, and culminating with the $2,500 buy-in televised Main Event with a $500,000 guaranteed prize pool.

DeepStacks vision to be the industrys premier poker source aligns perfectly with our established reputation as the premier entertainment and gaming destination, said Ray Pineault, executive vice president and COO for Mohegan Sun. This partnership will provide players with the most exciting and challenging poker schedule and tournaments available in the industry. We look forward to hosting our DeepStacks championship event with some of the premier poker players in the world this fall.

DeepStacks Pros Mike Matusow, Michael The Grinder Mizrachi and Tristan Cre8ive Wade will host and play in several events, including the Main Event.

All DSPT World Championship events will be 360-degree live-streamed and held in the Mohegan Sun poker room, with the exception of the six-handed televised Main Event final table, which will be held in the Cabaret.

Winners of all previous 2013 DSPT tour stops at the Isle of Pompano, Chinooks Winds Casino Resort, Mohegan Sun (CT), Mohegan Sun-Pocono Downs, Turlock Poker Room, Casino Barcelona and Veneto Casino will be represented at this years televised World Championship Main Event. All champs of those events were awarded a seat to the championship event at Mohegan in November.

Last year, Artyem Perlov took down the inaugural DSPT Mohegan Sun National Championship. The New Jersey native won $108,864 after securing a four-handed deal at the final table.
