All American Poker Network Announces a Partnership Agreement With Wynn Interactive
On Monday, All American Poker Network (AAPN), the joint venture between Avenue Capital Group and 888 Holdings Ltd., announced that they have entered a partnership agreement with Wynn Interactive, LLC for the development and deployment of Wynns online offering in New Jersey, Nevada, and additional states, as they become regulated.
AAPN has commenced its licensing and deployment process in New Jersey and Nevada, and will provide Wynn with its poker, casino, and back office platform, along with its additional operational services.
Wynn will deploy its online brands alongside the 888.com brands in the U.S., and will be able to pool liquidity on the AAPN (subject to regulatory clearances).
AAPN is honored to be selected by Wynn to be its online gaming partner, David Licht, Executive Chairman of AAPN said in a statement. The platform and ancillary services AAPN will offer through 888, coupled with Wynns marquee brand, which is synonymous with quality and trust, will further establish our offering in the forming U.S. regulated online gaming market.
Brian Mattingley, CEO of 888 added, This is exactly the type of partnership weve envisioned when we formed AAPN with our partners Avenue Capital. The challenge of establishing a robust, entertaining offering with ample player liquidity is one of our prime goals, in direct continuum to 888s success in other regulated markets such as Spain and Italy. Wynns market footprint and reputation will allow to leverage our technology and products as it did so successfully in the land-based world.
Last week, 888 and Caesars launched WSOP.com, their first American-based site in seven years. Mattingly spoke to PokerNews about the launch, liquitidy, and more, and you can check out that interview here.
