The 2014 Western New York Poker Challenge returns to Niagara Falls, New York next month, and we're proud to announce that PokerNews will be providing live coverage of several events at the Seneca Niagara Poker Room. The 16-event series will run from March 28 through April 6, highlighted by a two-day $1,100 Main Event which features a $100,000 guaranteed prize pool.

The Western New York Poker Challenge kicks off with a $200 no-limit hold'em event beginning at 11 a.m. ET on March 28. Our live reporting team will be on the floor covering that tournament, as well as six others during the nine-day festival.

Along with live reporting, PokerNews will also be activating the MyStack App, allowing players to directly update their chip counts in the PokerNews blog using their iPhone or Android phone.

PokerNews was recently in Niagara Falls to cover the 2013 Seneca Niagara Fall Poker Classic. The $1,500 Main Event was won by Buffalo native Andy Spears, who bested a field of 149 players to claim the $52,410 top prize. Spears confirmed to PokerNews on Thursday that he will be making the short trip to Niagara Falls for next month's series.

The Seneca Niagara Casino is home to the largest hotel in Western New York and over 600 luxurious rooms. The poker room can be found on the first floor of the casino next to the bus lobby. With 23 tables of action covering all levels of play and games such as Texas hold'em, Omaha, and seven-card stud, there is something available for everyone.
