The 2014 Playground Poker Fall Classic Starts November 9 0001

The Playground Poker Fall Classic is just around the corner, and for the third year in a row the annual festival will include the World Poker Tour Montreal. Players from around the world are set to return to the Montreal area for 19 days of fantastic poker action, but just one will join Jonathan Roy and Derrick Rosenbarger as WPT Montreal champions.

The full event schedule is available on the Playground Poker Fall Classic and WPT Montreal mini-site.

The Fall Classic has something to offer everyone, from the top touring professional all the way to the recreational player who wants to give big-time poker a try. As has become tradition during a Playground series, the series kicks off with a low buy-in, multi-day tournament boasting an impressive $100,000 guarantee, which is now dubbed "The Wild $150." This will be followed up by an amazing six-Day 1 event called "The $250 Frenzy," which has its own jaw-dropping guarantee of $200,000.

The 2014 WPT Montreal will once again be a televised event, with a $3,850 buy-in and three Day 1s with next-day reentry format. This five-day event has become one of the most popular stops on the WPT due to its always-impressive prize pool, but also because of the champions belt awarded to the winner.

As if thats not enough, there is also a $10,400 High Roller tournament on the schedule. Last years High Roller attracted nearly 60 players and saw Swedish 2014 November Niner Martin Jacobson narrowly lose to Dutch master Govert Metaal, who took the top prize and the belt.

All in all, if you love poker youre going to adore the 2014 Playground Poker Fall Classic including the WPT Montreal. The action runs from Nov. 9-27, only at Playground Poker Club, Canadas Premier Poker Destination.
