Sunday Briefing: Noah Vaillancourt and Fabian Quoss Win Sunday Majors
Another weekend of poker action, another Sunday Million, and another couple of PokerStars players winning six-figure scores.
Israel's "DEdgge" won the largest amount this weekend courtesy of finishing in first place in the Sunday Million. This week that result was worth a big $176,828.54, which is quite the return on a $215 investment.
"DEdgge" defeated Ukraine's "dexter2266," who fell in second place for an impressive $131,714.90.
Before "DEdgge" walked away as the weekend's biggest winner, his fellow countryman Asi "Raistj" Moshe was busy chopping the Sunday Kickoff three ways. Moshe banked $22,029.86 for the win, with "RuPrettygirl" collecting $22,267.28 and "pokerturo" getting $21,118.86 for second and third, respectively.

- Joao "IneedMassari" Simao �� winner of the Sunday 2nd Chance for $37,620
- Fabian "fabstinho" Quoss �� winner of the Sunday 6-Max for $21,330
- "Luigi da BP" �� winner of the Sunday Supersonic for $42,632.16
"jokai22" Wins Full Tilt Sunday Major
The biggest winner at Full Tilt this Sunday was "jokai22," who outlasted a field of 185 in the Sunday Major to secure a $9,052.05 payday. Also helping themselves to a sizable score was "AAjoeyAA," who finished on top in the Sunday Brawl, taking home $5,590.61, including $2,465.61 in bounty payments.
Two other major tournaments, the T-Rex and the Turbo Multi-Hundo, were won by Rodrigo "selouan1991" Selouan for $2,376.21 and "Mrluckypants" for $1,920.
888poker Baby Whale Heads to Czech Republic
One of this week��s biggest Sunday tournament at 888poker was the $100,000 Baby Whale, a $320 buy-in event that saw 462 players enter. In the early hours of Monday morning, the Czech Republic's Jan "hownorez" Nakladal was the last player standing, a finish worth a cool $26,334.
Some of the other big 888poker results included Jack "lrdvoldemort" O'Neill winning the $120,000 Mega Deep for $29,647.80, Sweden's "bale_11" as the new $50,000 Turbo Mega Deep champion for $11,880.90, and Poland's "szaaadi" scooping the title of $100,000 Sunday Challenge champion and its $21,303 first-place prize.
Big Scores at partypoker
The recent changes at partypoker, including the creation of a weekly Super High Roller, have seen prize pools swell. That Super High Roller is a $2,600 buy-in affair, which this week ended with a heads-up chop once the 119-strong field was whittled down.
"zupsherlock" is the player credited with finishing in first place, and his reward was a $67,978.80 addition to his partypoker account. In second place was "smartsowhat" for $56,971.20.
Partypoker's $150,000 Guaranteed High Roller ended with "dadowiec" as the only player with chips, chips exchanged for $39,390, while Noah "milfseeker69" Vaillancourt won the $50,000 Guaranteed Rebuy for $14,826.25.
Another big winner, a pair of winners in fact, were "ipuntstacks2" and "josueopreto," who chopped the $150,000 Guaranteed Main Event for $25,277.59 and $23,598.36, respectively.
Lastly for this week's Sunday Briefing, a doff of the cap "SryGottaFeeling" and "tikidiii16" for chopping the $75,000 Guaranteed Weigh-In for scores of $12,654.94 and $12,030.54, respectively.
