While all eyes are on poker's center stage in Las Vegas with the 2016 World Series of Poker Main Event set to kick off on Saturday, July 9, there are many great tournament festivals throughout Europe taking place in July.

With the World Poker Tour National (WPTN) heading to Brussels, the the Unibet Deepstack Open hitting Malta, the 888 Summer Special taking players' minds off Brexit and politics in London, the France Poker Series making its last stop of Season 6 in Lille, and the European Team Poker Championship taking place in the Czech Republic, July is going to be an action-packed month for anyone who loves to play live poker in Europe.

888 Summer Special: July 7-10, London

Thanks to a 12-month deal inked back in March between 888poker and Aspers Casino Westfield Stratford City, the London casino is hosting many exciting 888Live Local tournament festivals throughout the year. The current stop is taking place July 7-10 and is appropriately dubbed the 888 Summer Special due to its large ��100,000 guaranteed prize pool.

The ��500 buy-in 888 Summer Special Main Event features a fantastic structure with two opening days on July 7 and July 8 and players kicking off the action with 30,000 chips. Blind levels start off on the the opening days at 40-minute intervals before increasing to 60 minutes for Day 2 on July 9 and the final day on July 10.

World Poker Tour National: July 12-17, Brussels, Belgium

The WPTN is making its second stop to the Grand Casino Brussels Viage from July 12-17 with an exciting array of lower and higher buy-in tournaments to please just about any poker player.

The WPTN Brussels kicks off on July 12 with the turbo-charged �200 Warm-Up where players will begin with 15,000 chips and blinds increasing every 20 minutes.

The highlight of the poker festival is of course the �750 bwin.be WPT National Brussels, which has a remarkably similar structure to that of the 888 Summer Special Main Event. Players begin action on the two opening days on July 14-15 with 30,000 chips and blinds increasing every 40 minutes. Blinds then will increase every 60 minutes on Day 2 (July 16) and the final day (July 17) to 60 minute intervals providing players more action as the tournament winds down to a winner.

Higher limit players will also be able to enjoy the two-day �1,500 High Roller on July 13-14 while lower limit players will have plenty to choose from on the schedule with tournament buy-ins as low as �170.

France Poker Series: July 19-24, Lille, France

The FPS is ending its sixth season at the Casino Barriere Lille with a packed schedule of 13 tournaments across six days from July 19-24.

The FPS Main Event is the highlight of the PokerStars.fr sponsored poker festival where for a �1,100 buy-in players will be competing for big money with the tournament guaranteeing at least a �500,000 prize pool. The tournament features two opening days on July 21-22 before surviving players return on July 23 for Day 2 and July 24 for the final day.

Qualifiers for this tournament are still running online at PokerStars.fr starting at just �5 and players can also win a seat to the event live at the casino with a handful of satellites ranging in buy-in from �120 to �130.

Those with bigger bankrolls are eyeing up the two-day FPS High Roller on July 23-24. Additionally, there are plenty of tournaments for those with more limited bankrolls including the �120 Ladies Event on July 24.

European Team Poker Championship: July 21-24, Rozvadov, Czech Republic

For the first time since 1983, the WSOP kicked off a team event yesterday and it proved to be widely popular. The 2016 WSOP Event #61: $1,000 Tag Team No-Limit Hold'em attracted 863 different teams to generate a mammoth $776,700 prize pool.

With the excitement this tournament created, it is expected a plethora of players throughout Europe will flock to King's Casino Czech Republic to enjoy a lower buy-in poker festival dubbed the European Team Poker Championship.

The highlight of the poker festival is the �180 European Team Poker Championship Main Event from July 22-24 where teams of four will be competing for a share of the at least �75,000 guaranteed prize pool and much more.

In addition to the prize pool, members of the winning team will each be awarded a special trophy, an thrilling helicopter shuttle, and six month Gold-status at King's Casino which includes free hotel accommodations & meals at Restaurant a la Carte. Members of the second and third place teams will also be lavished in extra prizes in addition to their share of the prize pool.

Unibet Deepstack Open: July 27-31, San Julian, Malta

The Casino Malta by Olympic Casino offers the biggest on the tropical island, attracting many different poker festivals throughout the year. The Unibet Deepstack Open heads to San Julian, Malta from July 27-31 with a handful of low buy-in no-limit hold'em and Omaha events.

Unibet is well known for hosting fun poker festivals that including parties and other activities for players. However, players will be turning up in big numbers to compete in the four-day Unibet Deepstack Open Main Event where players begin with 50,000 chips and blinds increasing every 50 minutes.

Players will be allowed to reenter up to one-time each of the two opening days on July 28-29 with surviving players competing for a chance for the title on Day 2 on July 30 and the final day on July 31.

Satellites and sub-satellites including freerolls are currently running around the click on Unibet Poker where players can walk away with a package that includes a ticket to the Main Event, hotel accommodations, cash towards travel expenses, and much more. Additionally, on July 27, the casino is hosting a �100 live satellite where at least five seats are guaranteed to the Main Event.
