The Hendon Mob database of tournament poker results is a much-consulted site for poker players and fans alike. Among the many rankings available on the site are ongoing lists of most searched players over the last week. Such lists provide quick snapshots of which tournament poker players are currently "in the spotlight" with their profiles being looked at the most.

Here are the most searched players on Hendon Mob over the last seven days as reported by the site this morning, Saturday, March 25:

Michael Dentale (1st) and Cate Hall (4th) were unsurprisingly among the most searched players following the pair's "grudge match" heads-up battle streamed over Poker Night in America's Twitch channel. The event generated plenty of buzz, including a lot of social media engagement. Meanwhile Doug Polk (8th) was part of the commentary team for the event (with Shaun Deeb).

Neither Fedor Holz (2nd) nor Daniel Negreanu (3rd) have any tournament scores since January, but both remain high on the list of most searched players as visitors scan their considerable tournament results.

Tom Dwan (5th) recently earned his first tournament cash in just over three years by finishing second in the HK$500,000 Super High Roller at the MBP Spring Challenge in Macau, a 12-entry event won by Mikita Badziakouski.

Kenneth Smaron (6th) hadn't appeared on the site's most searched rankings a week ago, but jumped into the top 10 after winning the PokerStars Championship Panama Main Event on Monday. Denis Timofeev (9th) also final-tabled that one, finishing third.

Daniel Colman didn't cash in Panama, but his last two cashes were for victories in a Triton Super High Roller Series event (February) and an ARIA High Roller (March), keeping him among the most searched players. Finally Phil Hellmuth (10th) rounds out the list. Always in the spotlight, Hellmuth also earned a first-place in his last recorded cash, winning a side event at the World Poker Tour L.A. Poker Classic last month.

Hendon Mob also keeps a constantly updated list of players with the biggest increase in unique hits over the previous seven days, a.k.a. the "Top Movers." Here are those from today, with the surge of Smaron searches putting the PokerStars Championship Panama Main Event champ atop the list:
