Pat Lyons decided his hole cards didn't matter in a hand with Charlie Carrel at WPT Rolling Thunder on Tuesday, sending Carrel for a loop and to the rail.

With only 20 players remaining in the $3,500 tournament, Lyons raised in the dark to 34,000 from the cutoff and Carrel three-bet to 130,000 from the big blind. Then, a shocker: Lyons went all in without even peeking at his cards.

"I feel like the kid in Home Alone," said Carrel at the table, his mouth agape, according to the WPT Live Updates.

"I feel so good about my hand," Lyons responded. "If I look, I probably wouldnt do this, whatever it is."

Carrel tanked for about 30 seconds before going with it, calling all in for about 860,000 with A?J?. The big reveal on Lyons' hand: 8?7?.

"Alright, Im feeling it," Lyons said.

Carrel was safe though the flop as the dealer rolled out 5?3?2?, and his chances of doubling up were still strong through the 6? turn. But the 8? river paired Lyons to send the table and the rail into a frenzy. Carrel was out the door in 20th place for $13,056.
