Gear Up For the Grand Prix Canada $500K Guarantee at Playground
The partypoker Grand Prix Canada is set to begin April 25 and run through May 1 at Playground Poker Club in Kahnawake, Quebec, with a guarantee of at least $500,000 CAD up for grabs. There will be 11 Day 1 starting flights with a $200 + 20 CAD buy-in across the five live starting flight days.
Are you feeling lazy and don’t want to get off your couch or out of your bed for Day 1 of this tournament? Well, as an added bonus from partypoker, players can qualify for Day 2 of this tournament April 30 through the partypoker client. That’s right!
Partypoker is offering online Day 1 qualifiers every Sunday at 20:00 EDT up to April 23 and then one qualifier every day from April 24 until April 29. A total of 18 online Day 1 qualifiers will run for a total buy-in of $150 + 15 CAD on the partypoker client.
Want more ways to qualify? Well partypoker is also running satellites and super satellites every day starting at noon EDT that run hourly until 10 p.m. EDT. Work your way up the ladder to the final $22 buy-in satellite or buy in directly to any of the steps.
There are three $22 buy-in satellites that run every day at 6 p.m., 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. At least two seats are guaranteed to a live $220 CAD Day 1 starting flight. That’s six — count them six — guaranteed seats up for grabs every day.
