Players earn Cash Game Leaderboard points by earning comp points playing in real money games. One-hundred comp points are awarded for every dollar paid in rake, and you receive three leaderboard points for every 100 comp points you earn.

The buy-in, rake, and any rebuys and add-ons are taken into account and then divided by your finishing position. The higher up the payouts you finish in your tournaments, the more points you will earn.
