2 | Aditya Agarwal | India | HK$1,900,000 | $242,211 |

5 | Alexandre Chieng | China | HK$675,000 | $86,113 |
6 | Maxi Lehmanski | Germany | HK$546,532 | $69,672 |
The field was trimmed down to a six-max final table on the third and final day of the Main Event. Thailand's most successful player Phanlert Sukonthachartnant, with over $1.1 million in cashes leading into the event, held a 3:2 chip advantage over his closest opponents in India's PokerStars Team Pro Aditya Agarwal and Wu.
Germany's Maxi Lehmanski was the first player eliminated. He went out in sixth place for HK$546,532 ($69,672) after he shoved his seven big blinds stack with ace-nine suited and couldn't get there after Wu called from the big blind with ace-king suited.
Wu then took the chip lead before Agarwal claimed the honors of being the leader of the pack. Agarwal extended his lead after he eliminated China's Alexandre Chieng in fifth place for HK$675,000. Chieng shoved for 11 big blinds with ace-nine from the button and didn't improve against Agarwal's ace-ten.
The chip lead went back to Wu and he collected even more chips after he eliminated Sukonthachartnant in fourth place for HK$933,000 ($118,939). Sukonthachartnant was short on chips after losing a big hand early on and shoved his remaining five big blinds with six-five and couldn't improve against the king-four held by Wu.
Agarwal snagged the lead back and at one point had almost double the chips of his remaining two opponents combined. He then eliminated Taiwan's Jen-Chun Chiu in third place for HK$1,192,000 ($151,956). Chiu three-bet shoved for nine big blinds holding queen-ten suited and hit the rail after he couldn't catch up to Agarwal, who called with king-seven suited.
Agarwal entered heads-up play with a 5:2 chip advantage against Wu before he extended it to a 3:1 advantage. Wu narrowed the gap and then doubled up when his pocket sixes out flipped ace-queen to give him more than double the chips of his opponent.
The duo battled it out for some time before Wu jammed from the big blind with ace-four and got a call from Agarwal with pocket eights. Agarwal hit the rail in second place for HK$1,900,000 ($242,211) after an ace spiked the board and Wu claimed his first big tournament victory.
