OLD TIME GIN is enjoying the run of his life at the PokerStars tables where he seems to have developed an almost unnatural ability to go deep in some of the poker sites biggest and toughest tournaments.

On Feb. 27, OLD TIME GIN took down the Super Tuesday for a $54,731 score, and then on Mar. 11 he took down the Sunday Warm-Up for an additional $41,588. A week later, on Mar. 18, OLD TIME GIN secured a $161,237 payday by triumphing over 5,970 opponents in the Sunday Million, a result that also netted him a $30,000 Platinum Pass.

Sunday Million Final Table

Everyone at the nine-handed final table was guaranteed at least $9,484 for their efforts and this is the sum collected by Ukraines aJarov. With aJarov out of the way, the remaining eight players locked up at least a five-figure score.

Anaheimteam, jani890311, aapetrone91, Tuonizza, MCajiang, and Mandrake1317 all crashed out, which left OLD TIME GIN and his fellow Canadian imas.jr to lock horns heads-up. There was no deal struck so when OLD TIME GIN busted his fellow countryman, the runner-up walked away with $113,148 and OLD TIME GIN got his hands on $161,237.

While OLD TIME GIN was busy taking down the Sunday Million, a field of 119 elite poker players took to the PokerStars virtual felt for the $2,100 Sunday High Roller. Only 17 of these 119 hopefuls received prize money, which made the 18th-place finish by anti-durrr an expensive bubble.

Eight different countries were represented at the final table, going some way to show that poker is a global game. Only one player, and therefore country, could win and that was Russia courtesy of Artem veeea Vezhenkov coming out on top to secure the $52,166 first-place prize.

Vezhenkov took full advantage of the re-entry format, progressing to the final table and then top spot with his second bullet. Being able to re-enter also worked well for the fifth-place finisher OverTheTop43 as he turned his second $2,100 investment into $17,466.
