��Eclypzed�� Wins First Event of WSOP.com Online Super Circuit Series

As a response to the changes to Atlantic City and LA/Las Vegas stops, WSOP.com has put together an 18-ring event online series for those inside the borders of Nevada, New Jersey, and Delaware. The WSOP.com Online Super Circuit Series kicked off on Saturday and will run through March 31, with 18 official gold ring events, other nightly tournaments, and more than $1,000,000 in prize pool guarantees. The 18 events count for the Global Casino Championship leaderboard points standings, with the Main Event champion and Casino Champion from these events earning automatic qualification.
The first tournament on the schedule �� Event #1: $50,000 GTD NLH Double Stack 2x Re-entry �� featured a $320 buy-in and easily surpassed the guarantee. With a final count of 409 registered players and 161 rebuys, the 570-entry tournament offered a total prize pool of $171,000 that was paid out amongst the top 75 players with a min-cash starting at $547.
In the end, ��Eclypzed�� emerged victorious to capture a $41,895 first-place prize and a WSOP Circuit ring. Also at the final table were well-known poker pros Kathy ��Luckygal�� Leibert and Dan ��chard�� Martin.

The next two events on the WSOP.com Online Super Circuit Series schedule include a $50,000 guarantee at a $215 buy-in price. Event #2: $50,000 GTD NLH Monster Stack 2x Re-entry and Event #3: $50,000 GTD NLH Deep Turbo 2x Re-entry will take place on Sunday (2 p.m. PST) and Monday (4 p.m. PST) respectively.
