Fabrizio "DrMiKee" Gonzalez Wins 888Millions Sunday Special ($19,350)
It took nine hours for Uruguay's Fabrizio "DrMiKee" Gonzalez to finish on top of a field of 402 entrants (311 players + 91 re-entries) to win the 888Millions Sunday Special, the biggest event thus far to take place this festival with a huge $100,000 prize pool. Gonzalez took home the top prize of $19,350 after besting Canada's "alexkoab05" in heads-up play.
Gonzalez is no stranger to the winner's circle. The nearly $20,000 win today added to more than $6 million in total online earnings, and boosted his more than $400,000 in winnings at 888poker alone. Although he hasn't booked a win at 888poker in a while, he won the $20,000 Mega Deep for $4,600 in June 2018, and his biggest score on 888poker is $98,415 from May 2017 for a bronze performance in the XL Inferno #126 - $400,000 Super HR Chip-In.
