2021 WSOP Europe and EPT Prague

The 2021 World Series of Poker (WSOP) is rapidly nearing its conclusion, and the PokerNews Live Reporting team has brought you live and exclusive coverage from each of its scheduled events. Those reporters have little time to rest because PokerNews has partnered with King's Resort in Rozvadov to bring you updates from each of the 15 bracelet-awarding events at the 2021 WSOP Europe festival.

King's Resort, Rozvadov is hosting the WSOP Europe festival for the fourth time and is doing everything in its power to make sure this edition is the most exciting on record. Of course, the 2020 WSOPE festival fell victim to the COVID-19 pandemic, but King's Resort is ensuring everything will run as smoothly as possible for the 2021 edition.

All King's Resort staff are fully vaccinated, and all venue areas are frequently disinfected, including all tables and slots. In addition, hand sanitizer dispensers are available throughout King's Resort, and patrons are encouraged to use them as often as possible.

Furthermore, to help protect everyone's safety, King's Resort is checking that every single gust is either vaccinated or has tested positive and recovered from COVID-19 (with a recovery certificate and recovered within the past 180 days). Entry to King's Resort will not be possible unless you satisfy the COVID checks.

2021 WSOP Europe Schedule

PokerNews' live reporting team is on the ground from November 19 through to December 8, bringing you all the action, as it happens, from the 2021 WSOP Europe festival.

A 350 buy-in 300,000 guaranteed No-Limit Hold'em Opener kicks off the festival on November 19, the first of 15 events that award coveted WSOP bracelets. Ukraine's Renat Bohdanov won this tournament in 2019; he walked away with 53,654.

The entire three-week schedule is brimming with action, but a handful of events stand out from the crowd.

November 29 sees the 25,000 Platinum High Roller shuffle up and deal. The 2019 edition drew in an 83-strong crowd who were all outlasted by Australia's Kahle Burns, who scooped an impressive 596,883.

Then there is the 2021 WSOP Europe Main Event, which is scheduled to run between December 3-8. The 10,350 buy-in tournament has 5 million guaranteed and will attract some of the biggest names in the business. The last time this event ran, Alexandros Kolonias defeated Claas Segebrecht heads-up and banked 1,133,678 for his troubles.

Finally, a 100,000 buy-in Super High Roller brings the curtain down on the festival. Malaysia's Chin Wei Lim is the reigning champion after getting his hands on the 2,172,104 top prize in 2019.
