Global Poker Micro Thunder Series VI Will Run Sept. 10-17

The 2023 Global Poker U.S. Poker Open wrapped up earlier this month, and now it's time for more social poker action with the upcoming Micro Thunder Series VI running on Global Poker from Sept. 10-17.
Though it only runs for a week, the Global Poker Thunder Series VI will be the site's biggest Micro Thunder Series yet and will feature 37 Gold Coins and 37 Sweeps Coins events with GC 26,775,000 and SC 75,700 in guaranteed prizes.
With tournament entries starting as low as GC 250 and SC 0.25, the Micro Thunder Series VI is the perfect offering for low-stakes players looking to build a bankroll.

The idea of the Thunder Series is to offer small buy-ins while giving players an opportunity to win big prizes. In addition to the guaranteed prize pools, players will have the opportunity to win new merchandise specifically designed for the Thunder Series.
In each of the Gold Coin events, event winners will receive a Micro Thunder Series VI First of Lighting trophy, a hat and an enamel pin, not to mention an entry to the Gold Coin Gods of Thunder event. Meanwhile, the Sweeps Coins winners will receive the trophy and entry into the Sweeps Coin Gods of Thunder event.
The Main Events will take place on Sunday, Sept. 16, ahead of the Gods of Thunder events on Sept. 17, which will feature the winners of all previous tournaments in the series.
Both Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin final tablists and winners can expect to win plenty of Global Poker swag designed specially for this series.
