Aaron Cummings is an American poker player hailing from Montana who is best known for winning the $1,500 Limit 2-7 Triple Draw Lowball event at the 2024 World Series of Poker (WSOP).
Shortly after winning his WSOP bracelet, Cummings told PokerNews that there is not much live poker in Montana, so he often heads to Las Vegas to play. He'll always remember this latest trip because it earned him $146,516 and his first piece of poker gold.
Prior to his bracelet-winning performance, Cummings had two five-figure prizes on his Hendon Mob profile. The first came in November 2010, a $34,979 score for winning a $515 buy-in event in Pendleton, Oregon. The second came in Calgary, when Cummings finished second in the C$560 NLHE Wild West Shoot Out in October 206, a finish worth C$29,865 ($22,357).
