Carlos Chang is a Taiwanese poker player. He is a World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet winner and former Asia Poker Tour (APT) champion.
Poker Achievements
Chang's first recorded live cash came in 2008, in Macau. It was in Macau that he won the Asian Poker Tour Main Event in 2012 for $246,607.
In 2015, he travelled to the WSOP in Las Vegas for the first time, making the final table of the $1,111 Little One for One Drop for over $150,000.
He followed that up with a third-place finish in the WSOP Europe Monster Stack for $91,000.
Chang has recorded cashes in Macau, Monte Carlo, Spain, Brazil, and his native Taiwan. However, his biggest cashes have come at the WSOP.
In 2019, he won $189,000 after finishing fourth in The Closer, making it three top-five finishes in bracelet events.
However, in 2021 Chang finally got his hands on a WSOP bracelet after victory in Event #41: $2,500 Freezeout.
"I think this is my biggest cash, yes, this is my fourth final table," Chang told PokerNews. "I told myself, this year if I make a final table, I will win the bracelet. And it happened! I am pretty excited. I was focused all day and yesterday."
