In May 2023, the German finished third in a $25,000 Pot-Limit Omaha tournament at the Triton Poker Super High Roller Series in North Cyprus for $138,700. Perkusic was one of 131 entrants in the $50,000 Pot-Limit Omaha High Roller event at the 2024 WSOP. He was the last man standing, defeating Hong King's Danny Tang heads-up to capture his first bracelet and $2,100,325 in prize money. Amazingly, this was Perkusic's first WSOP cash.
