Fernando "JNandezPoker" Habegger is a Swiss poker pro and an ambassador for Coin Poker.
An online grinder since 2006, starting in 2011, Habegger began concentrating more specifically on pot-limit Omaha. After enjoying sustained success as a player and coach, he became a PLO instructor for a couple of prominent online poker training sites. Habegger founded the PLO Mastermind coaching site in 2018, where he is the head coach.
Habegger twice came close to winning a World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet in 2021. He finished ninth in a $400 Pot-Limit Omaha POLOSSUS for $23,626 and third in the $5,000 Pot-Limit Omaha Championship event for $140,583; both those events were played online.
In March 2023, Habegger finished fifth in the €5,000 The Big Wrap PLO event in Rozvadov for €31,373 ($33,973). A couple of months later, he was the runner-up in the $5,000 No-Limit Hold'em/Pot-Limit Omaha event at the 2023 WSOP for $330,344.
Between October 2023 and June 2024, Habegger cashed in eight PLO tournaments, reaching four final tables and raking in a combined $229,164.
