Among the Day 1c entrants is 888poker Stream Team member Nick Eastwood. PokerNews caught up with the Twitch streamer to find out how his Main Event experience has differed from 2023.

"I came to Bucharest last year," Eastwood said during the first break of the day. "It went terribly first hand that I sat down, I came with all the good intentions, sat down, had aces against kings against ace-king in the first level."

"First orbit of the opening event and I got one-outed on the turn, and then from there it never really improved."

Eastwood is still going strong this year as play resumes. "Today I'm playing the main, so far, I think I played one hand. I opened aces and everybody folded. So I'm having just a great time."
