Welcome to Day 2 of Event 36: $215 Mystery Bounty Main Event here at the PokerNews Online Championship hosted by 888poker. With many Day 1 starting flights taking place over the past two weeks, the tournament attracted 1,410 entries, 194 of which will be returning for Day 2. All remaining players are eligible for mystery bounties, but only 144 places are paid.

Currently sitting atop the leaderboard is “TAJJMAAKKHAL”, with an impressive 262,290. Right behind them is the “the_belgian”, who accumulated 261,682 on Day 1. Rounding out the top three is PokerNews ambassador and streamer Lukas "RobinPoker." Robinson, who bagged a respectable 225,706.

The tournament features a $300,000 guaranteed prize pool, with the top bounty being worth $30,000. Mystery bounties come into play at the start of Day 2 and are randomly placed on the remaining players’ heads. The bounties are revealed upon elimination and rewarded to the winner.

The previous installment of the event took place back in March, with 1,627 entrants battling it out for a piece of the $325,400 prize pool. It was Romania’s Razvan "RazvyB" Belea who took it down, along with $27,654 for first. Brazil's "Dangerzinn" was the lucky competitor who captured the sole $30,000 bounty.

Play resumes at 4:00 p.m. ET on Monday, November 25 at the start of Level 21 with blinds of 1,2500/2,500 with a 300 ante. Levels will continue to last 12-minutes for the remainder of the tournament and play on Day 2 will continue until the final table is reached.
