Shin Loses the Lead

John Shin was the chip leader with just a few hands remaining, but that has now changed thanks to Nurlan Boobekov.
The hand in question began with Shin opening the pot to 800. Boobekov three-bet to 1,925 and with the rest of the table out of the way, Shin made the call.
On the 
flop, Shin opted to check-raise to 3,800 after Boobekov bet 1,700. Boobekov called and the dealer flipped over a 
on the turn. This time Shin led for 5,100 and Boobekov said, "You cover me right?" Boobekov then called and the dealer completed the board with a 
on the river.
Shin again led here, betting 8,000. Boobekov thought for a long time before going with the call. As the chips landed in the pot, Shin immediately slid his cards into the muck. Boobekov then showed his 
, with the ace-high call good for the win.
After this hand, Boobekov went on to scoop another couple of pots, solidifying his place up the top of the chip counts.
