Watch out folks, David Allan is Back in Business!

Back-to-back hands have gone the way of the online gun, to get Allan off the short stack.

Both hands were a little unusual. The first saw all three pay 40,000 preflop to see a flop of {7-Clubs}{k-Clubs}{j-Clubs}. Action checked around and the turn brought the {6-Hearts}. Ken Demlakian checked and Allan bet 45,000. Both Jordan Westmorland and Demlakian made the call as the river was the {2-Diamonds}. All thing checked it down. Demlakian showed {a-Spades}{q-Diamonds} for ace-high, with Westmorland’s {a-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} also pairless, as Allan collected the pot with {9-Spades}{7-Spades} for just a pair of sevens.

Next hand, Allan raised the small blind to 40,000 and Westmorland called to see a flop of {k-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}. Both players checked before Allan bet out 30,000 on the repeat {k-Diamonds} turn. Westmorland called and the river fell the {2-Diamonds}. Allan thought for some time before bombing the river for 130,000. Westmorland made the call but mucked when Allan showed {k-Hearts}{5-Spades} for a full house.

Westmorland is now on the short stack as Allan has recovered nicely to sit with almost one million chips.
