Steicke Happy With The Free Card

In a hand just prior to the break, David Steicke raised it up to 600 preflop, before David Saab made it 2,000 to go. Steicke made the call and they saw a flop of {7-Clubs}

Both players checked and they went to the turn of {Q-Diamonds}

. Steicke led out for 2,050 and Saab made the call. The river was the {3-Spades}

and Steicke fired again, this time for 3,000. Saab made the call.

Steicke showed {A-Spades}

for top pair, top kicker which was good to take the pot.

"I guess I shouldn't have given you the free card then!" exclaimed Saab as he falls to 21,000. Steicke is now up to 31,200.
