Call Or Twelve Hundred?
There was some laughing going on over at Table 1 when a small mistake was made by Nicholas Wright on the river with a board showing .
Wright was first to act in the hand against John Harman, with Wright throwing out 300 on the river into a pot of around 1,200. At this point Harmen said "call," throwing in his 300 worth of chips. At this point Wright would usually have to table his hand, but strangely he then threw out 1,200. The players around the table look bewlidered as Wright didnt catch on to the fact he had made an error. After a few moments some players pointed out that Wright had already bet and Harmen called.
"Oh, i thought you said '1,200'," said Wright as he turned over .
Harman mucked his hand and along with Wright and the rest of the players at the table, had a bit of a laugh.
