Huge Double Up For Guttman
Michael Kanaan, winner of the 2011 APPT Sydney event, just took a big blow and was knocked down to just two big blinds. Michael Guttman profited and he finds himself in fourth place with just 23 players remaining.
Brendon Rubie kicked things off with a raise to 16,000 from the hijack, after which Guttman three-bet from the cutoff to 50,000. The action got to Kanaan, who was in the big blind, and he shoved all in. Rubie folded quickly and Guttman called after about five seconds.
