The fatal blow was just dealt to Team PokerStars Pro Bryan Huang’s tournament life and we were there to catch all the action. It started with an open to 625 from the under the gun player. Fellow Team PokerStars Pro Angel Guillen made the call before Huang flicked in a call from the button.

Flop: {q-Spades} {8-Clubs} {6-Clubs}

The play was checked to Huang on the button and he bet 1,525. The under the gun player then check-raised to 5,500 and Guillen folded. Huang tanked for quite some time before shoving for an extra 8,725. His opponent called and they turned their hands over.

Huang held {a-Spades} {q-Diamonds} for top-pair, top-kicker while his opponent held {a-Clubs} {k-Clubs} for a flush draw and the over cards. The {8-Spades} on the turn changed nothing, but the {k-Diamonds} on the river meant that Huang would be heading home. The PokerStars flag is now being waived by a lone soldier in Guillen.
