Patrick Mahoney is getting close to overtaking Connor Drinan as the chip leader after he successfully six-bet his neighbour Xixiang Luo off a hand to rise to around 800,000.
Mahoney opened from mid position and then four-bet to 62,000 after Luo three-bet to 37,000 from the hijack. Luo came back with a five-bet to 108,000 but tank folded to Mahoney's shove to leave himself with 260,000.
