Players Ready for APPT National Manila Day 1b
After 60 players advanced from Day 1a of the ?33,000 APPT National, today sees players' last chance to punch their ticket to Day 2 on 30th July.
Players will receive 30,000 chips and have 13 levels of play. Each level is 40 minutes long and there will be 10-minute breaks after every three levels.
Yesterday 236 players joined the field and by the end of the day, it was Singapore's Alex Lee who came out on top with 329,500. Close behind him was Hsien Yuan Yang from Taiwan with 312,500.
These were the only two players over 300,000 chips and they will be the ones to beat once cards are in the air at 17:00 local time.
