On one of the recently opened tables, the flop showed Q?6?4? and there were around 10,000 in the middle. The small blind check-raised from 3,500 to 6,800 and was then reminded that a min-raise had to be at least 7,000. Tri Cuong Phan tank-folded and briefly exposed his cards, which later caused some discussion at the table.

Yueming Liu on the button, however, didn't fold and instead clicked it back to 23,500. That got rid of the small blind for Liu to chip up.
