Nekrasov Gets Thin River Value From Tsai

Evgenii Nekrasov three-bet preflop for Ting-Yi Tsai to call in the last hand of the previous level as they headed a few minutes into the break. Tsai check-called a small bet on the 9?4?2? flop and did so again for 80,000 on the K? turn.
After the A? river, Tsai checked again and Nekrasov sized down with a bet of just 60,000. Tsai used a time bank extension and said "you could have king-queen" before he sigh-called.
Nekrasov tabled the A?5? and won the pot.
