On a board showing , Gary Benson checks to David Paul Steicke who bets out 16,000. Benson then makes it 32,000, putting Steicke to a decision for all of his chips. Short-stacked, it didn't turn out to be much of a decision at all for Steicke, who called almost immediately with pocket tens, good for top set. Benson tabled pocket fives and was drawing dead.
Steicke improved to 100,000 after the hand while Benson dropped to 36,000.
