Le Jossec and Barer Clash Again

Level 23 : 9,000/18,000, 2,000 ante

Gabriel Le Jossec opened to 33,000 from the hijack and found a call from Ami Barer in the big blind. The two saw a monotone flop of {Q-Spades}{7-Spades}{6-Spades} touch down on the felt. Barer checked to the raiser and Le Jossec continued for 50,000. Barer called, allowing the {4-Diamonds} to hit the felt on the turn.

Barer checked for a second time, prompting Le Jossec to bet 110,000. Barer stayed the course and the {10-Spades} came on the river, putting four spades on the board. Barer checked for a third time and Le Jossec thought for a moment. He reached into his stack and cut out a significant bet of 350,000, but waited a moment before sliding it past the betting line. This put Barer in the tank as roughly four minutes passed while he pondered a decision. Ultimately, Barer opted to kick his cards into the muck and Le Jossec was awarded the pot.
