We Have a Clear Chip Leader

A wild hand just took place on Table 3. Preflop, Richard Bonzon opened the pot for 6,000. He was called by Julio Diaz on the button before Guray Turkay reraised from the small blind to 15,500. Both other players called.

The flop was {8-Clubs} {J-Diamonds} {5-Spades}. Turkay shoved all in for 86,000. Bonzon elected to call all in for less, about 55,000. Diaz just shrugged and said, "Ok, I call," before tabling the nuts -- {J-Clubs} {J-Spades}. He was way ahead of both other players. Turkay showed {A-Diamonds} {6-Diamonds} for a couple of backdoor draws, while Bonzon could only muster up middle pair with {8-Hearts} {7-Spades}.

The {4-Diamonds} on the turn gave Turkay a few outs to escape the hand without being eliminated, but he missed them all when the river fell {9-Hearts}.

The exits of Turkay and Bonzon were softened at the payout table where they each collected $8,250. Back at Table 3, Diaz now has 467,000 chips, almost double his nearest competitor.
