Dorazio Doubles

Facing a few limpers before him, Justin Dorazio raised it to 800 out of the small blind and found one caller from the big blind.

On a flop of {8-Spades}{6-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} Dorazio led out for 700 and was immediately met with an all-in reraise from his opponent. "You serious? You got aces?" said Dorazio before making the call.

Dorazio: {K-Clubs}{K-Spades}
Opponent: {A-Spades}{8-Hearts}

The turn and river fell the {4-Hearts} and {9-Clubs} to see Dorazio double to a little over 7,000 in chips.

Sam Khouiss Stumbles

With 3,400 in the pot and the board reading {6-Hearts} {A-Spades} {4-Clubs} {3-Clubs}, Sam Khouiss' opponent went all in for 4,100. Khouiss opted to call with {A-Diamonds} {Q-Spades}, but trailed his opponent's {A-Clubs} {K-Clubs}. The river was the {10-Diamonds} and Khouiss was left with just 1,100 in chips, hitting the rail a few minutes later.

Leeds Leaps Ahead

Damien Elsing opened to 350 and found a caller on the button before Brandon Leeds made it 1,575 from the small blind. With the action back on Elsing, he moved all in for 4,200 and so did the player on the button before the action was back on Leeds. Shaking his head in what was indeed a frustrating situation, he threw in his 5,175 to make the call.

Elsing: {J-Clubs}{J-Spades}
Leeds: {A-Clubs}{K-Spades}
Opponent: {A-Diamonds}{A-Spades}

The flop fell down {K-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} to leave Elsing drawing to one out and Leeds two, as the player who had them both covered was looking in great shape with his overpair and flush draw.

The turn peeled the safe {3-Hearts}, but the river landed the devastating blow of the {K-Clubs} to see Elsing hit the rail as Leeds triples up to over 14,000 in chips.

Balaban Doubles Through Judah

Catching the action on the flop of {Q-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{9-Clubs}, Mel Judah led for 1,625 and was met with an all in reraise from Tim Balaban. Judah called and the cards were tabled.

Judah: {J-Spades}{10-Spades}
Balaban: {Q-Clubs}{4-Clubs}

Balaban held the lead, and it remained that way, when it fell the {3-Diamonds} on the turn and {Q-Hearts} on the river to see Balaban double back to his starting stack.

SharkBoy Eats Opponent on River

Facing a limp from early position and a raise to 400, Michael "SharkBoy" Palti made the call, as did the limper, and three players saw the flop.

The preflop aggressor moved all in for 2,200 on a flop of {2-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{2-Hearts} and after using his full 30 seconds, Palti made the call as the remaining player in the hand mucked.

Palti: {8-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}
Opponent: {10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}

Palti looked in bad shape drawing to now only two outs, and with the {A-Spades} not helping he was down to the river. The table gasped as they saw the {8-Spades} peel on the river sending Palti to 9,300 and his opponent to the rail.

Khouiss Gambles It Up

Donating and gambling for Khouiss
Donating and gambling for Khouiss
With five limpers before him, Sam Khouiss made the call from the small blind stating, "It's a donation," and splashed the pot with his call.

As the action was on the big blind, he moved all in for his last 1,650. It folded back round to Khouiss; he looked the all-in player up and down and said, "You know what I'm going to gamble."

Khouiss: {Q-Hearts}{10-Hearts}
Opponent: {A-Diamonds}{K-Clubs}

The board fell {10-Spades}{3-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{2-Spades} to see Khouiss send his opponent to the rail as he climbs to 9,600 in chips.

Dixon Ruecker Eliminated

Dixon Ruecker, 12th-place finisher in the Main Event, was sent to the rail early in today's event. His remaining 325 chips were on the line with {9-Diamonds} {7-Spades} against Steve Topakas' {Q-Diamonds} {2-Clubs}. The board ran out {J-Spades} {J-Hearts} {6-Spades} {4-Clubs} {3-Diamonds} and Ruecker was out.

Vartan Out

Michael Vartan
Michael Vartan
After his opponent opened to 300, Michael Vartan pushed all in over the top for his last 1,700. His opponent made the call with {8-Clubs}{8-Spades} and was racing with Vartan's {A-Hearts}{10-Hearts}.

The board fell {3-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{4-Hearts} and the eights held to eliminate Vartan from the tournament, as he is left with only tomorrow's 2 Card Manila event to find an Aussie Millions cash.
