Mick Guttmann Eliminated in 2nd Place ($65,000 AUD)

Preflop, Erik Seidel opened the button to 14,000 and Mick Guttmann made the call.

The flop came {6-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{3-Clubs} and both players checked. The turn was the {9-Diamonds} and Guttmann led 20,000. Seidel rasied to 88,000, Guttmann made a pretty quick call, only leaving about 30,000 chips behind.

The river {8-Diamonds} saw Guttmann check, with Seidel betting enough to set him all in. Guttmann made the call and table {A-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{Q-Spades}{9-Spades} for two pair and a busted flush draw. Seidel had {8-Spades}{10-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} for a straight.

The two mean stood and shook hands, with Seidel a class act in victory. "Good match, I had to get lucky to beat you," the well known Full Tilt Pro said.

Honours

Our two heads up players are pretty established. As would be expected for an event of this magnitude.

Mick "Sticky" Guttmann is looking for his second Aussie Millions Ring in as many days, after capturing the Teams Event with Mel Judah in the early hours of yesterday morning.

Meanwhile the man that he is competing with for that title is an eight time World Series of Poker bracelet winner, inclduing two in the Omaha game.

Seidel Not Favoured

Its pretty clear who has the support of the rail, with hometown and Crown regular, Mick Guttmann garnering the majority of the support from the surrounding tables and the rail.
