Huge Pot for Karamalikis

David Steicke raised to 60,000 from first position and David Lacchia flat-called from the button. Jonathan Karamalikis reraisedfrom the small blind to 210,000. Steicke called and Lacchia folded.

Before the flop came down, Karamalikis bet 200,000 in the dark. The dealer then spread the {5-Hearts} {5-Clubs} {2-Spades} across the felt. Steicke thought for a few moments and then asked to know an approximate amount of how many chips Karamalikis had left.

"About 300," responded Karamalikis.

Steicke then began shuffling his cards one over the other. "I'm all in," he announced, motioning his two hands forward. Karamalikis snap-called.

Steicke: {A-Diamonds} {9-Hearts}
Karamalikis: {Q-Hearts} {Q-Spades}

Karamalikis stood up and turned to friend Tim Duckworth and said, "This better hold up!"

The turn card was the {8-Hearts} and Duckworth yelled from the rail, "How does he not have hearts, how does he not have hearts!?!" The hearts didn't matter as Steicke's hand was offsuit.

The river card was then dealt the {K-Hearts} and Karamalikis gave a little fist pump before lapping hands with his mates on the rail.

Steicke was left with 450,000 chips while Karamalikis jumped to 1.5 million.
