Karamalikis opened the pot with a raise to 850 and an unknown player at the table kicked it up to 2,200. A third player in the hand flat-called the three-bet and when the action returned to Karamalikis, he moved all in for about 5,000 total. The three-bettor folded, but the flat-caller called again, setting up a heads-up, preflop, all-in showdown:
