Woods Ousts Everett
It took only a few hands into the third and final match to determine who would be the winner between Barry Woods and Mark Everett and it happened when this hand played out.
It was a limped pot that saw the fall out on the flop and Woods would check-call a bet from Everett before watching the roll off on the turn. Again Woods would check call as the would fall on the river.
This time Woods would lead for 1,675 before Everett would shove allin over the top of him.
"I guess if you got it you got it," said Woods as he called and turned over for a turned flush.
Everett would muck his hand as he strolled out of the tournament area as the last man eliminated for day one of the Australian Heads-Up Championship
