From under the gun, 2006 Aussie Millions Main Event champion Lee Nelson raised to 1,500. Full Tilt Poker online qualifier Gerasimos Deres reraised to 3,475 from middle position. Grant Levy, 2007 APPT Sydney champion, reraised all in for 21,000 after asking Deres how many yellow chips he had left. Nelson folded and then after a minute of tanking, Deres mucked the 
face up and was left with 12,600 in chips. Levy moved to 27,000.
