Alaei Finds a Double
When we walked up to the table, the turn was already out on a board, and Daniel Alaei had 12,000 out in front of him. He was heads up, and Tobias Reinkemeier called the 12,000 to see the on the river. When Reinkemeier checked, Alaei grabbed his last 42,000 chips and slung them across the line.
Reinkemeier tanked for a couple minutes, then made the call. We'd never get to see his cards. Alaei turned up , and the worst set was the best hand.
Trip deuces double Alaei back around 125,000, knocking Reinkemeier back down to about 65,000 or so.
