The Polite Australians
Level 6
: 200/400, 50 ante
With a pot of around 7,500 chips until the river of a board , Julian Stuer grabbed his stack of big denominations and slid it forward to the middle of the table. His opponent, one of the local players, let out an "very lucky river for you, Sir," whereas most other nationalities would have used a different wording.
Ultimately, the Australian ended up folding and Stuer checked both his hole cards before sending them into the muck.
One table over, Matt Salsberg won a smaller pot off Jack Salter to also increase his stack slightly as well. Salsberg had bet 2,550 on the river of an ace-high board and his won the pot, Salter mucked.
