Brendon Rubie won the first hand back from the break and then Shivan Abdine raised to 43,000. Michael Dix flat-called on the button and so did Joris Ruijs in the big blind. On the flop 
, Abdine continued for 65,000 and Dix raised it up for 115,000 more on top to scoop the pot uncontested.
Ruijs limped the small blind and Rubie checked the big blind. The 
flop saw the Dutchman check-call a bet of 22,000 by Rubie before both players checked the 
on the turn. Rubie then bet 48,000 when Ruijs had checked the 
and that won the pot. The Aussie also won the big blind and antes the next hand by shoving into short stack Dennis Huntly.
