Juanda Not Happy with Kornuth for Making Him Show After Muehloecker Doubles Through
John Juanda and Thomas Muehloecker just clashed in a big pot, which ended with a little back and forth between Juanda and Chance Kornuth.
We picked up the action with the flop showing , as Juanda checked to the Austrian pro. Muehloecker bet 2,800 from the cutoff seat, and Juanda called from the big blind.

The river completed the board with the , and Juanda checked a third time. Muehloecker paused before moving all in for 24,400, and Juanda went into the tank.
Eventually, Juanda called, and Muehloecker showed the for the nut flush to double up.
Juanda threw his cards face down towards the muck, and that's when Kornuth jumped in.
"It's an all-in showdown," Kornuth said, "Both hands need to be shown."
Initially, Juanda didn't say anything, but as Kornuth pressed the matter and the tournament director was called over, this season's European Poker Tour Barcelona winner responded.
"You didn't show your cards in the same situation earlier," Juanda said, "Why are you being a jerk?"
"You are right, but I'm just trying to get an edge," Kornuth said, admitting that someone should've pointed out that he had to show in that prior situation.
"He has to show," Kornuth continued.
The tournament director indeed ruled that Juanda had to show his cards, and the was tabled.
Juanda wasn't happy, and Kornuth added, "You tried to do the same thing as me, and the only difference is that I didn't get caught."
