O'Dwyer Bombs Away

Level 13 : 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante

Igor Yaroshevskyy check-called 7,000 out of the big blind against Steve O'Dwyer, on the button with {8-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{a-Clubs} having flopped. Yaroshevskyy faced a far bigger bet of 50,000 on the {j-Diamonds} turn, and he again called, bringing a {q-Diamonds} river. He checked again and O'Dwyer tanked a bit then set him in for about 120,000. Yaroshevskyy took his own thinking time and folded.

Ajez Loses One; Wins One

Level 13 : 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante

Najeem Ajez on the button called a bet of 18,000 by Nino Ullmann in the big blind on the {10-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{3-Clubs} turn and the {4-Clubs} on the river was checked. Ullmann tabled {k-Hearts}{10-Hearts} and that won the pot.

Ajez then got involved in a bigger pot with Igor Yaroshevskyy in a battle cutoff versus button. Ajez bet the {9-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{k-Spades} turn for 48,000 and Yaroshevskyy called. Ajez bet the {6-Diamonds} river for 54,000 and forced a fold.

Davies Busts Over Two Hands

Level 13 : 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante

Seth Davies defended his big blind and checked an {a-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} flop over to Joshua Duce, who bet 8,000. Davies counted out his stack of just over 40,000 and made it 16,000 to go. Duce jammed and Davies quickly folded.

Davies got the rest in the next hand with {10-Hearts}{8-Hearts} but ran into an {a-Clubs}{q-Diamonds} held by Spiros Maroulis in the big blind. The board came {j-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} to give Davies a few outs to a straight but the river didn't help him.
